I get to watch TV!

I've finally figured out how to exercise....find your favorite show that is on at the same time each day. 10:00 p.m. works for me. That is my time to watch tv for a second AND get my exercise done at the same time. I don't want to quit early in the routine because then I can't justify sitting to watch t.v. And no one wants me at 10:00 at night. It's MY time and I'm keeping it!
